SUMMARY:April Gallery Walk
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Thursday\, April 30\, 2026\, for a private\, guided visit to one of Charleston’s most treasured cultural institutions – the Gibbes Museum of Art. Guests will arrive at 10:45 AM before beginning a thoughtfully curated morning that blends art\, connection\, and conversation. \nAt 11:00 AM\, attendees will break into small groups for guided tours of the museum\, led by senior staff\, offering a more intimate and engaging experience. \nFollowing the tours\, we will gather together at 12:00 PM in the lecture hall to enjoy a hosted boxed lunch. During this time\, we are pleased to welcome remarks from museum leadership\, including the Gibbes’ newly appointed Executive Director\, who will share insights and perspective on the museum’s vision and work. \nThe presentation will begin as guests enjoy lunch\, creating a relaxed and conversational atmosphere. The formal portion of the program will conclude at 1:00 PM\, with additional time to linger\, connect\, and explore the museum or gift shop at your leisure. \nArrival: 10:45 AM \nTours Begin: 11:00 AM \nLuncheon & Presentation: 12:00 PM \nConclusion of Program: 1:00 PM \nCost: $40 per person \nTransportation: Guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.
