Charleston Jazz Academy- Wins Best Music Instruction Award

Charleston Jazz Academy recently shared this news with us and we are so proud of them as a cultural program partner of Arts, etc.:

“We are honored to announce that the Charleston Jazz Academy has won Best Music Instruction in the Post & Courier’s 2026 Charleston’s Choice Awards.

This recognition was voted on by our community, and it reflects something you helped build. Every lesson, every combo rehearsal, and every student who continues to create music at the Academy has your support behind them.

Thank you for believing in our students and in the future of jazz in Charleston. We could not have earned this without you.”

With gratitude,

Lauryn Kay
